Zdravim vsetkych. Pracujem na lodi od 1999, takze mam nemale skusenosti s pracou na lodi na vsetkych pozicia (aj mangerskych). Pracu na mori doporucujem vsetkym. Aki sa chcete naucit poriadnej pracovnej moralke, zarobit si peniaze aj vidiet kus sveta tak je to prave pre vas. Nehovorim, ze je to lahke, ale je to praca podla vopred jasne stanovenych pravidiel, ktore sa daju celkom uspesne dodrziavat a samozrejme sa da najst aj cesta ako s nimi trochu vykyvat:) Ak chcete blizsie info ohladne oceanu napiste mi na dak2002@centrum.cz, napisem Vam skusenosti s kazdou poziciou ako aj o tej ktorej spolocnosti atd.
Ten kto sa rozhodol pracovat na rieke tak bud na to zabudnite alebo ak si chcete znicit zdravie a nervy tak nevahajte ani minutu. Praca na rieke sprostretkovana spolocnostou Cruisnc Jobs Mikulov zastupujuca rodinne lode plavajuce pod holandskou vlajkou (to su tie najhorsie z kazdej perspektivy) a cypersku spolocnost Cruisincpeople ltd je obrovsky omyl akeho sa mozete dopustit. Pracoval som pre nich a viem presne o com hovorim . Nenaucite sa ziadnej profesionality (profesionali tam neexistuju), len banda ludi na veducich poziciach, ktori maju absolutnu moc nad vami ako podriadenom. Vysvetlim. V zmluve stoji, ze vas mozu prepustit hocikedy bez udania dovodu ... neviem ako moze este druh takejto zmluvy existovat. Cize ak sa nepacite svojmu nadriadenemu tak ste v .... a mozte sa len modlit kedy pojdemte domov. Ak si myslite, ze to sa mi nemoze stat, tak sa mylite ako som sa zmylil aj ja a to mozem o sebe povedat, ze som ostrielany morsky vlk :).
Nepotrebuju profesionalov. Potrebuju tocit ludi na poziciach (ved keby ostal na kazdej pozicii jeden clovek celu zesonu tak je to poplatok za sprostretkovanie len 1x ked ich prerotuju desiatich tak uz to je poplatok za sprostretkovanie 10x kraaaaasny business nie? )
Naverbovali ma na zvyseny zakladny plat, pocas celej doby (3mesiace ) zamestnania same pozitivne komenty od hosti, CEO crusincu atd. a naraz jedneho pekneho dna sa zmenila hotel managerka a ze sa naraz nehodim pre pracu na ich lodi. Dobre nevadi....hovorim si. Po 3 dnoch ! mi prisla oficialna vypoved (to uz som bol doma), termination of employment na zaklade toho ze som mal improper conduct to the guest ! ze som byval opity pocas sluzby ! a ze som sa nedostavoval nacas do prace!. Ani na jedno neexistuje ziaden warnign ani registrovany dokument. A na zaklade tohto mi strhli 25%z platu. Pripajam aj oficialny dokument staznosti a pred-sudny list, pretoze idem cruisincpeople zalovat.
Hlavne pre holky. Nechodte pracovat na rieku. Videl som denno denne plakat holky a jedna sa z toho dostala na psychiatriu.
Chcem zalozit obcianske zdruzenie Prace na riecnych lodiach, a urobit z tohto poriadny pripad zneuzivania pracujucich ludi hlavne z cesko - slovenska. Oni si asi myslia, ze sme tu nejake opice, ktore budu skakat za par euro ako sa im chce (a co je najhorsie hovorim objektivne, nie zaujato!). Kto ma podobne skusenosti napiste mi na dak2002@centrum.cz. Urobim vsetko preto, aby tato vec isla k sudu a minimalne to zmedializovat, nech ludia vedia o co ide na rieke. A hlavne kto tam chce ist pracovat nech vie vsetky informacie PRAVDIVE INFORMACIE.

Termination of Employment
Further to your letter dated 02 August 2013 I am writing to inform you that I do not accept in any way, shape or form the contents thereof, on the grounds that my termination of employment was grossly unfair, having been based on a series of false allegations for which no viable documentary evidence has thus far been presented. Your Seasonal Employment Termination document states that my employment has been terminated for “Cause” under Clause 10.2(g), (i) and (j) of the Seasonal Employment Contract (the “Agreement”). As pointed out in my email dated 05 July 2013 I refute in entirety the allegations covered by this Clause, as follows:
Clause 10.2(g) Where is the evidence, and who has implied or categorically stated that I “refused to work, and/or repeatedly did not adhere to working hours” as defined in Clause 5.7? At no time during my period of employment was I personally approached or questioned about any such alleged dereliction of duty.
Clause 10.2(i) Where is the evidence of “improper conduct towards guests and colleagues”? Which of the guests (or colleagues) made such allegations? Why was my attention not drawn to such incidents, if they occurred, at the time(s) when they were alleged to have occurred? In fact I was at all times “friendly, positive and helpful towards all passengers” – a clearly defined requirement under Clause 19.1 of the “Agreement”. Furthermore there are a number of passengers who were aboard the Rex Rheni at the time of my unfair dismissal who are prepared to testify on my behalf to this effect.
Clause 10.2(j) Where is the evidence of “alcohol abuse and/or drunkenness shortly before, or while, on duty”? If this was so, why was I not immediately apprehended and subjected to an alcohol breath test, with an officially recorded result? At no time during my period of employment was any such accusation made against me, nor was any such test ever conducted, for the simple reason that there was never any necessity to do so.
Your letter dated 02 August 2013 also contained the allegation that I “left my cabin in a mess and unclean, etc. etc.” This is categorically untrue, considering the fact that following my cleaning of the cabin as required, the Hotel Manager (Mrs.Ineke van Empel) inspected it at my request and pronounced it to be in an entirely satisfactory condition. Furthermore when I was verbally informed of my impending dismissal by Mrs.van Empel, she attempted to coerce me into acceptance of her decision without argument, stating that my capabilities were “more suited to employment on 4 or 5-star vessels with American passengers” (in other words, I was too good for the 3-star vessel from which I was being dismissed!) At the same time, Mrs.van Empel suggested that she would personally intervene on my behalf with my agency to secure my deployment to a higher standard of vessel so long as I made no fuss about my dismissal which appears to indicate a clear awareness by Mrs.van Empel of the questionable nature of the action being taken against me.
Any decisions arrived at by the Hotel Manager, as Cruisinc People Ltd’s representative, must obviously be said to be also those of Cruisinc People Ltd, who will therefore be the subject of adjudication in the event of any employment tribunal. I believe that these unjust and false allegations made against my character and employment performance have been specifically fabricated to undermine my position and therefore constitute victimisation and harassment by the Hotel Manager/Cruisinc People Ltd.
Finally I must repeat, categorically, that all the foregoing allegations made against me are untrue and, what is more, are defamatory. Please be advised that I intend to pursue this matter to a conclusion that is entirely satisfactory to myself, i.e. the reinstatement of my hitherto unblemished character, and the reimbursement of funds unlawfully deducted from my final salary payment (300Euro), such funds to be credited to my account forthwith. Failure to comply will leave me with no alternative but to seek redress through legal channels, resulting in further claims against Cruisinc People Ltd for defamation of character, and for the consequential damage caused to my future career prospects, together with the mental stress arising therefrom.

Pokracujem. Praca na oceane v porovnani na rieke je 100 a 1. Na oceane sa naucite profesionalite a dobrej pracovnej moralke. Pracoval som v Singapore na Bahamach a aj v Anglicku (co nepovazujem za nejake plus) ale vsade ked som povedal ze mam odpracovane roky na OCEANSKEJ lodi, tak som mal dvere dokoran otvorene. Pretoze prave kvoli tomu, ze kto prezil ocensku lod, vie co je to tvrdo pracovat a vie co je to profesionalita v obore, ktory vykonaval. Praca na rieke nema ziadnu vahu.
Na rieke som dostaval staznoti od nadriadeneho, ze sa vela rozpravam s hostami!! na oceane dostanete zamestnanca mesiaca ak mate takyto pristup k hostom a pozitivne komenty od hosti, na rieke som bol trnom v oku, pretoze samozrejme kontakt s hostami = tringelty.... atd atd.
Pracovat na OCEANE vyzaduje vela odriekania zo zaciatku, ale ako tu dole napisal Sydney ztretnete vela ludi, podobnych ludi ako vy, z celeho sveta a nakoniec kto vie mozno sa pre vas lod stane druhym domovom (co sa udialo aj mne), mozno tretnete svojho buduceho partnera (mam vela priatelov, ktori sa spoznali prave na oceane, a ziju spolu doteraz!). Vzdy ked sa stretnem s niekym, kto pracoval na oceane mame akosi k sebe blizsie, naraz mame vela spolocnych miest co sme navstivili, udalosti co sme zazili a mozno aj pozname tich istych ludi......
Suma sumarum nevahajte na ocean!!!!!

nesouhlasim s názorem, že práce na řece je špatná, to že si pracoval u firmy která je uplně mimo, neznamená že práce je špatná, na řekách se plaví X společností a některý maj výborný platový podmínky a profesionální servis a jednaní...Taky bych nedoporučoval agenturu z Mikulova. Já pracuju na říční lodi 2 roky a jsem naprosto spokojenej a na oceaně jsem pracoval taky a už bych se na velkou zaocenskou lod nevratil teda....Všechno má sve pro a proti!!! Zdravim

Ahoj všetci, ktorí ešte sa stará o jeho / jej ex-milenec alebo s akoukoľvek inou poruchou, som Karen, z Kanady nikdy som myslel, že moja ex sa vráti ku mne znovu, som konečne veľmi rád, že môj bývalý milenec teraz môj manžel je späť ku mne, ktorý ma opustil šesť mesiacov na našej svadbe len kvôli nejakej malej nedorozumenie, ale dnes sme ženatý a očakávame naše dieťatko, úprimne chcem povedať zásluhou dr UDA mi pomohol obsadenie kúzlo, ktoré privádza ho späť ku mne, ja som vďačný a šťastnejší ako kedykoľvek predtým, ďakujem doktor mi pomohol, a ak ste tiež majú problém vo vašom vzťahu alebo akúkoľvek jej časť života, môžete ho kontaktovať a bude reagovať na vás. email: info.aliuuda14@gmail.com
